Speaker: Dr. Vera Siegmund
Dr. Vera Siegmund worked for six years in EU funded projects as a scientist as well as a project manager. She did her PhD in tropical medicine and has experiences in the field of medical and molecular microbiology, virology, genetics, cell biology, biochemistry and tropical medicine.
Since 2007, she has been working for European Research and Project Office (Eurice) GmbH as Project Officer.
The Eurice GmbH offers support for the planning and implementation of international EU-funded R&D projects. They also work as a training-partner of the European Commission and prepare scientists with a modularised set of lectures and seminars to master the challenges of working in international EU projects.
