Discussant: Dr. Rolf Peter

…holds a PhD degree in Social Sciences from the University of Mannheim, Germany. His career includes intensive research in International Relations and European Integration Studies at the Mannheim Centre for European Social Research and the Center for European Integration Studies, Bonn. Working in the International Department of the German Rectors’ Conference (HRK) since 2005, he is currently in charge of the section “Academic Reforms in Europe”. Furthermore, he has been coordinator of and expert in several international consulting projects on behalf of HRK, which mainly focus on institutional development in higher education systems in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.
